Returns process Travel Textiles

Step 1: Start a return request
To return a product, please visit our website and scroll down until you find the 'Returns' option. Click here to go to the returns page.

Step 2: Fill in return details
Enter your zip code and order number on the returns page. Please note: place a '#' before your order number. Then choose the product or products you want to return and indicate a reason for the return per product. You also have the option to add additional information.

Step 3: Indicate your preference for reimbursement

Please indicate your preference for the refund:

• Money Back
• Exchange items
• Store credit

Please note: these options may vary depending on availability.

Step 4: Select delivery point
Select a delivery point. By default, the nearest delivery point to your home location is selected, but you can adjust this to your preference. The costs for return shipping are currently €7.

Step 5: Overview and confirmation
Check the overview of your return request and adjust your choices if necessary. Confirm your return request to continue.

Step 6: Receive QR code
Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation screen with a scannable QR code. This QR code will also be sent to your email address. Keep this QR code safe, because you must show it at the delivery point.
